Wer kennt das nicht: Wenn es draußen kalt, windig und nass ist, kostet es schon viel Überwindung, die Innenräume ausgiebig zu lüften, indem man die Fenster öffnet. Allerdings ist dies gerade zur Zeit besonders wichtig, um den infektiöse Aerosolen keinen Nährboden zu bieten und sie aus den Räumen durch Lüften zu vertreiben. Ihre Gesundheit liegt und am Herzen! daher geben Ihnen Ihre Dr. Hannig-Apotheken folgenden Tipp: Kurz und richtig lüften reicht! Die Fenster müssen nicht stundenlang geöffnet sein. Lüften Sie quer – das ist tatsächlich am effektivsten. Das geht ganz einfach: Öffnen Sie zwei sich gegenüberliegende Fenster zur gleichen Zeit und Dauer. Alternativ können Sie aber auch „stoßlüften“, indem Sie ein Fenster weit öffnen. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit ist die Luft ausgetauscht. Generell gilt die goldene Regel: regelmäßig lüften!
